She is an Independent Director at Retas Water solutions, She is a non-executive Director at Neo Securities and a trust board advisor to various institutions across Asia, and the Middle East. She is BusinessWorld's Most influential sustainability leader for 2025 and has served on BusinessWorld sustainability advisory council for the last 3 consecutive years.

She has been previously associated Singapore Exchange (SGX), HDFC Limited, National Stock Exchange of India, Natixis Investment Managers and ICICI Bank. Her leadership and expertise earned HDFC the coveted No.1 ranking as India’s most sustainable company (BFSI) by Business World in 2021. During her tenure with SGX, she contributed to development of carbon markets.
