Mr. Kishor Kumbhare is a seasoned financial sector professional with over 31 years of experience in non-banking financial institutions. He currently serves as Chief Risk Officer and Chief General Manager at India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, where he has spearheaded the design and implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management and embedded Sustainability, ESG, and Climate Strategy into core business processes, including the development of Climate Risk and ESG rating methodologies.

Previously, he spent over 25 years at National Housing Bank in senior leadership roles including heading Mumbai Regional Office and overseeing regulatory supervision, refinance operations, and flagship housing initiatives such as PMAY. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and an MBA, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers with specialized certifications in Treasury, Investment & Risk Management, and Climate Risk & Sustainable Finance.
