Komal Sinha is the Regional Head for Asia-Pacific at the Climate Action Reserve, where she leads market development and stakeholder engagement across voluntary, compliance, and Article 6 carbon markets in the region.

Komal brings over 16 years of experience in advancing high-integrity carbon crediting and other environmental programs across the Global South.

Komal has extensive experience across carbon market design, crediting standards, and climate finance, and has been actively engaged in discussions around CORSIA, the ICVCM Core Carbon Principles, and emerging national carbon market frameworks. She represents the Reserve at a range of external policy initiatives and alliances, and regularly engages with governments, policymakers and market participants on the evolving role of carbon markets in supporting NDCs and net-zero strategies.
