Shri Rawat joined State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in 2000. During the span of 25 years of service, he has worked in various verticals of the Bank like Retail Banking and Corporate Credit in various capacities. Since last 10 years, he is handling large corporate credit in a senior capacity.

Presently, he is posted in Project Finance & Structuring Strategic Business Unit (PF&S SBU) of the Bank since 2024 as General Manager (Appraisal & Syndication). PF&S SBU of the Bank is exclusively handling Project Finance & Structuring needs of corporate clients.
