Neha Agarwal is the Founder and CEO of Lightroad Ventures and Director of the Lightroad Impact Foundation, where she designs and implements blended and innovative finance mechanisms that use catalytic capital to unlock commercial financing for climate and livelihood outcomes. She has 15+ years of experience across business development, strategy consulting, fundraising, and partnership building with corporates, foundations, government agencies, and NBFCs.

Previously, she served as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at Buddy4Study and worked as a management consultant at Zinnov and McKinsey.

Neha holds a BTech and a MBA in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad and NEOMA Business School.
