Upendra Bhatt is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of cKinetics, a specialist sustainability advisory and climate investments firm. He has over 25 years of experience focused on market development as also design and rollout of financial mechanisms to drive investment into the climate positive /low carbon sectors.

Besides his role at cKinetics, Upendra has conceptualized cKers Finance, a Sustainability financier and also been an early investor and board member of Smart Joules, a pioneering ESCO in the energy efficiency space. Upendra has been a past Chair of Alliance for Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE), a leading industry body in the Energy transition space; as also the Sustainable Business Leadership Forum, an Industry practitioners group focused on resource sustainability and ESG issues. He is a frequent speaker at global industry events and adviser to several multi-lateral agencies.
