Vinay Jaju is the Co-Founder of the ON Group and a social entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience building enterprises in clean energy access (solar), sustainable agriculture, green skills. He is the Founding Director of EarthON Foundation, supporting early-stage climate and social enterprises through community, capacity building, and catalytic blended capital.

He has co-founded ventures including ONergy Solar, ONganic Foods, ONSkills, and SwitchON Foundation, and has partnered with various government and private institutions from across the world. A TEDx speaker and received the Global Entrepreneurship Leadership Award (AIESEC), and fellowships from Packard Foundation, OC, Paragon (FYSE) and BYCL., An avid cyclist , runner and triathlete, he brings the same endurance and discipline from sport into building resilient organisations and communities.
